Join Caring Circle bereavement care coordinators for a seven-week bereavement sharing and education program.

During the sessions we cover topics such as; how to adjust to the loss, why you feel the way you do, and how to cope with guilt and regret. This program is designed to provide individuals with information and resources that will enable them to walk through their grief.

Good Grief is offered several times a year, free of charge, and open to anyone in the community. Sessions being in September. For more information contact a bereavement care coordinator at 269.429.7100
